Ping Hub processes only the minimum information required for location sharing and deletes everything when your group expires.
Information We Collect
We store the nickname you enter and the latitude and longitude at the moment you tap "Update My Location". We do not collect identifying information such as name, email, or phone number.
Data Retention
All data is automatically deleted from the server 24 hours after group creation, along with location, session, and group information. We do not maintain separate backups.
Data Processing
Data storage and processing happen on Cloudflare (Workers and D1). Map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap. Google AdSense may serve advertisements.
Your Rights
Groups are automatically deleted at expiration, so your data is removed without any manual deletion request. If you want immediate deletion before expiration, contact us at the address below with your group ID.
